Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too, well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5 :28,29. Condolence: The death of a loved one is one of the most distressing situation we have to cope with in life. in the minds of many questions come up. the family can take courage in knowing the Creator has provided satisfying answers to all our questions about death. he provides comfort by revealing why we die.(Rom 5:12) He also tells us the condition of our dead loved ones. (Eccl. 9:5, 10). how comforting and encouraging it is to know that there is a wonderful hope set out for those asleep in death. throughout the bible the resurrection hope is taught. Jesus himself was rescued from death BY his Father. Now he is in a position to fulfill the statement he made at John 5:21 about himself and his Father. there you will find words similar to these depending on the translation you prefer: " For just as the Father raises the dead up and makes them alive, so the Son also makes alive whomever he wants to." May those words provide the comfort the family needs at this time to successfully cope with the loss of Mr. Love.
